Just like most people, I'm a very busy person, from going to work, and time spent between family, there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day.



Finding time out of the day to work on myself was rare. I found out that after implementing the following simple strategies I was able to improve my overall energy, strength, and feel healthier.

Exercise 1: Take Your Bee Pollen Supplement in the Morning

This simple by effective exercise can increase your energy tenfold. Taking your bee pollen supplement early in the morning before having breakfast, will jumpstart your day.

Many restaurants, are actually serving double or triple the amount of food that we actually need.

Also, we are grazers, meaning we are meant to constantly be eating, so having 5 meals a day is ideal. What you want to have in the meals is a balanced approach, some carbs, meats, and vegetables.

You can mix it up during the whole day too, if you want. For example, you can have a meat breakfast at around 8 am, then a salad meal at 11 am, then a carbs only meal at 1 pm, you get the idea.

The reason why you want to be eating smaller meals and more frequently is because, your body's metabolism will have an increase in energy after taking bee pollen early in the morning and exercising.

Having smaller meals will be like adding wood to a burning stove, add too much and you could risk it getting too hot and burning out, adding just the right amount will keep it burning for a long time.

Remember if you want to lose weight with bee pollen, then these exercises are extremely important. Do these exercises daily, and you will definitely reap the benefits of an increase in energy, improve strength, and a healthier longer life.
