Having great health is always the best for anyone. You have to know what you want and then stick with it to reach your goals.
Workout plans are different in everyone
Fitness has many plans and this is because not everyone has the same body. For the older generation, they will need a light fitness plan. A light plan would be like Cardio workouts, this would consist of exercises like Treadmill, exercise bike, swimming and walking. This would be to keep the blood flowing so they can live a longer healthier life.
For those who are younger, they will want to add a little more to their plan. They may not want to bodybuild but to stay in shape and look good. For these type they will want a light weight lifting plan along with a longer fitness plan, like the Cardio ones above but adding more time to the workout and more exercises, push ups, sit ups, jump roping, pull ups and running instead of walking.
Then we get to the sports players, everything is about the same as above but they will add a little more to their weight lifting plan. like football players and basketball players will most likely have a stronger weight lifting plan for their legs because they use them the most in their sport. Baseball and hockey players will work more on their upper body strength plus their running, they will be looking to add speed to their running for their sport. Upper body strength for baseball players for them hitting the ball out of the park. For hockey players will be for hitting or what they call checking. Most sports players will also work on doing stretches and this is also a great idea for anybody that does any kind of fitness or bodybuilding plan.
The Bodybuilding plan
Bodybuilding is much different then those other plans. Bodybuilders have more work and that is because they have to stick with a perfect diet plan as well, this diet plan is much different then one uses to lose weight. They want a diet plan that will gain them weight but not the fat. Vitamins and supplements and protein drinks or bars will most likely be part of that diet. Fish, chicken and a little of red meat and plenty of veggies. Most of them will eat 4 meals a day with 2 meal replacement products that they can get at the health food store, so really they are eating 6 times a day. In the gym they will probably start a bulking plan like less sets more reps and lighter weight. Then once they bulk up a little bit, they will switch the plan to add some strength and that would be more sets less reps and more weight. They will switch back and forth with these until they reach their goals.
Always consult a Doctor before starting a plan
First thing anyone should do before starting any plan, should talk to your Doctor to make sure you do not have any health issues that could harm you more by starting a plan. Blood pressure is very important because if your pressure is high and you do not take care of it before working out, you could end up having a stroke or many other problems. So consult a Doctor first before you start any plan.
