Kettlebell Training Outdoors For Superior Fitness!
The ancient kettlebell is a tremendous tool and the absolute best hand held gym money can buy. This ancient device can and should be used outdoors, especially if you don't have a protective flooring handy to execute some of it's base lifts. You see one of the best workouts for outdoor fitness involves you having to learn some of the more strength endurance related lifts of the kettlebell. These particular drills include swings, cleans, snatches, and jerks. All of these lifts are very essential in helping you to build a superior level of both muscular strength and cardiovascular conditioning. What better way to grunt these out than by doing them outdoors somewhere in a nice landscaped park?
Once you have learned the most basic strength endurance lift with the kettlebell known as the swing you can then progress to more challenging lifts such as the jerks and snatches. These lifts are very dynamic and highly exerting. Even with much practice they may still require a safe drop from you from time to time until your technique is sound and solid. Outdoor fitness is not only good for safety when implementing the use of the kettlebell, but it sure beats the monotony of training indoors all of the time as well. Even if you don't have a park or field available near you for the use of your kettlebell lifts you can still just utilize your own back yard. This is what outdoor cardio and strength training is all about my friend.
If you haven't already started to implement the use of the ancient kettlebell and many of it's dynamic lifts then you are missing out.
