Avoid These Major Bodybuilder Myths Or You Will Never Get Muscle Definition

Many folks who are fit want to get more defined. More muscle definition. More RIPPED! So they do what everybody else does or tells them to do...

Muscle

And most of THAT advice and tips is pure garbage based on ZERO science and falsehoods that are said to get you to part with your money to buy expensive and useless bodybuilding supplements.

And then you get these weight gym employees and weight lifting authors saying that doing "their" special super-duper weight lifting routines is going to give you the toned, cut or ripped look.

Again, pure hogwash.

I can tell you this... nobody in the world can PROVE that any exercise is better for getting more definition or toning for your body parts. It is simply another bodybuilding myth that is softer than a roll of Charmin.

Can I get an Amen please?

But I'm not going to leave you hanging here... I will tell you the best exercises to meet your expectations to getting a toned look.

First of all, doing focused body part workouts actually makes you weaker. And decreases your performance during your workouts.

Second of all... getting that defined look depends on just TWO THINGS. Muscle and fat. That is it. Reduce the fat and you will show muscle definition.

Your muscles don't have a brain. They can't tell the difference between a compound exercise and a isolated exercise on your bicep muscles. As I said before, doing isolated exercises weakens your muscles because it is SUPPOSED to work together with groups of muscles. Training your bicep muscles to work alone makes no sense. But doing pull ups makes you stronger because it uses your back muscles, pecs and your arm muscles. And the stronger you are... the more weight you can lift. And the more weight you can lift, the more muscles and definition you will be packing on your frame.

There is another bodybuilding myth that I absolutely hate to see people doing all the time. It is those low weight and high reps workouts. Remember what I said about getting cut... it is all about muscle and fat. Doing the low weight high reps workouts does absolutely nothing for you. You just spend more time in the gym when you can get the same workout with low reps and heavier weights. In fact, the expenditure of calories is about the same with the two types of workouts. So why do it the harder and longer way?

Does this make sense to you?

So this is what you should do for the best results to get toned... focus on the basic exercises that workout your major muscle groups. Drop kick the myths that you need high reps and low weights.

Next... quit doing cardio or aerobic exercises. They don't work. They never worked. It is just a myth. Don't believe me? Are you currently working your rear end off doing those workouts and spending hours and hours -- sweating buckets and buckets? And what do you have to show for it? I'm betting very little.

There is a far easier and much, much more effective way to burn the fat and strengthen your heart muscles. That is by doing interval training. Which is speeding up and down during your workout. Instead of doing that slow, plodding and incredibly boring... cardio crap.

You laugh at me... but I really think cardio should be banned. It is totally against human nature and physiology.

And lastly stick with a good nutrition program to burn off your fat. Which is the second component to revealing a ripped and toned look.

Discover how you will: Never be confused about effective fat loss again. Get rid of orange peel thighs. Wave goodbye to those cottage cheese arms. . Once and for all, fit back into your old "thin" clothes... AND spend more time with the family because you are not wasting it on useless and boring cardio exercises...
