The "Skinny" Guys Guide to Quick Muscle Building - Gain 10 Lbs in 2 Weeks

I've always been impressed with those guys who can build muscles almost without effort. With me, it always used to be the complete opposite, I was your typical "skinny" guy. That is until I discovered where I was going wrong, and learned that the rules for quick muscle building for small-framed people like me are different than it is for those naturally large framed guys. Of course, no magazines teach you this, which is why I want to tell you about this here.

So why are you finding it so hard to build up muscle mass? If you were anything like me, you have probably put in hours-upon-hours in the gym, tried every bodybuilding supplement you could get your skinny hands on, but all you managed to do was feel bloated and sick, and remain exactly the same size as your were last month. Each visit to gym was cruel, especially watching those other guys work half as hard as you and get twice as big.

Can you imagine if every weight training exercise you are doing is dead wrong? Skinny guys have a different set of requirements when selecting the most effective weight training exercises for maximal muscle growth. The sooner you learn how to correctly build muscle bulk and to work smarter, the sooner you can stop wasting your time, effort and money. You'll finally achieve quick muscle building.

In a relatively short time, you will build eye-popping muscle mass! You can literally force your muscles to grow and grow. I used to have a "runners" body, skinny, scrawny and basically weak. But not any longer. You will develop solid-steel muscle, thicker and denser, and trust me, people WILL notice. Especially the girls... we are talking a transformation. You will have more confidence and you'll also notice that more and more people will want to know your secret. You'll be the guy who hits the beach and is watched with envy (girls and men...) instead of the one looking at others with envy.

Advice For Quick Muscle Gain For The Skinny Guy

Here are some tips for how you should train as a smaller-framed guy.

1. Do Less Reps - Try and not do any more than 10 reps. More than this, and you'll be emphasizing your slow-twitch muscle fibers which have the least opportunity for muscle growth. You must always utilize the maximum amount of muscle fibers in every set you do. Just think of the 11th rep as the one which will take you into "skinny land."

2. Do Heavy Lifting - As you will be doing a max of 10 reps, you should aim to keep your weights on the heavier side. Work to your maximum with every rep where possible. Of course, be safe and use a partner to ensure you can work to your limits all the way.

3. Reduce Your Workout Time - Do more in less time. Aim to do the same sets but in less time. Take shorter rests. Move to the next exercise quicker than before. It will feel tough at first. You will be moving out of your comfort zone on this one, that's for sure!

4. Do Only One Exercise Per Muscle Group - This one is about being smart. You are seeking to spark your muscles into growth, not exhaust them. Overworking your muscles will send you back to "skinny land."

5. Never Train Hungry - You must eat well. In fact, you should eat more than you do if you're truly skinny and finding it hard to build mass. Heck, buy bigger plates to eat off, double up on whatever you currently eat! Focus on calorie rich foods. But what ever you do, never train on an empty stomach.

If you want to build your muscles as quickly as possible, then you should seriously consider getting advice and direction from someone who has been where you are and is now where you want to be! Sounds reasonable, right?
