I think everybody knows a celebrity that they admire for there sexy body. A great way to stay motivated is to have a picture of a person you admire for their body on your computers desktop picture. Everyone time you open your computer will feel more motivated to get that body you want. When I was dieting I use to have a picture of Adriana Lima because that's who I wanted to be. This inspired me to work harder in the gym, play more sports and eat healthy.
