Include food products with antioxidants which are beneficial to your health like tuna and salmon. Select carbohydrate items which are low on the glycemic index life lettuce, spinach, cabbage, etc. Certain food products like yogurt should be included in our meals which help to burn calories.

It is important to have a healthy breakfast as they are the most important meal at the starting of the day and gives you the energy required to carry on throughout the day. Include vegetables, fruits, carbohydrate (cereals) and protein, so that it becomes a complete meal with all nutrients and vitamins. Eat enough during lunch but keep it healthy. For snacks adopt healthy eating habits like fruits and salads. Dinner should be taken light as they are the last meal of the day and just helps to fill your stomach. It is better to follow some regular exercises or physical activity so that you burn enough calories and this speed up weight loss process.
