Rowing Rowing is an exercise that must be a part of your workout regime. With rowing you train the larger muscle groups of your lower and upper body regions. After rowing for about ten minutes your body is actually burning fat. To burn fat with running on a treadmill you must actually work for at least twenty or thirty minutes to come into the fat burning zone.

These cardio exercises are very effective to get a flat stomach fast but of course you have to actually do them. Procrastinating will not give you the desired results. Keep in mind that even the best exercises are worthless without proper nutrition.
