3 Easy Ways To Lose Stubborn Belly Fat

I always laugh when people want something easy, because usually most things aren't easy. But this time I'm going to hit that right on the head with giving you 3 easy ways to lose stubborn belly fat.

The first way to lose stubborn belly fat is to go with a really effective short term diet. Notice, I said short term...

Most diets are not meant for long term fat loss, making it long term has to do with creating effective daily habits. Simple as that.



But for now using a short term fast working diet is an effective way to get rid of stubborn fat fast.

The diet that I have seen give the most results is a low carb diet. I have to warn you though, I don't advice low carb dieting like most experts out there tell you to do.

Here is how I advice you low carb:

Eat a serving of green vegetables with a every meal, including but not limited to broccoli, spinach, kale and asparagus.

Keep your protein resources high quality. By this I mean go for organic and grass fed meats. The profile of these meats has a higher concentration of CLA which is a fat that taken in small doses can drastically improve your metabolism.

Not only that but your going to be eating a lot of meat and this could be bad long term if you don't choose whats the most natural, so don't be afraid to spend some money to keep your health.

The last way to low carb is to take at least 10g of fish oil everyday. If you don't know the benefits of fish oil by now you've probably been under a rock the last few years.

Heart health, joint health and over all metabolism, all are benefited by taking fish oil in large amounts.

So a day of low carb dieting might look like this:

Breakfast... 4 whole omega 3 eggs with diced spinach, onions and cheese.
Lunch... 8oz chicken breast salad, spinach, broccoli and kale. Topped with olive oil and vinegar. Take 3 fish oil.
Dinner... 9oz 7% grass fed ground beef patty mixed with green peppers, onions and garlic. With a green vegetable salad skip the olive oil and only vinegar. Take 3 fish oil.

The next easy way to lose stubborn belly fat is by lifting weights at least 3x a week.

Lifting weights will build muscle and bone mass. The muscles you build will require nutrients, this will raise your metabolism and give you a afterburn effect which will make your body burn calories even if your just sitting down watching your favorite show.

So include 3 solid days of at least 45min of intense weight lifting into your weekly routine.

The last way to lose stubborn belly fat is by using portion and calorie control. Im personally not a big fan of this technique because Im not the personality type who likes to feel restricted, plus usually this is a really ineffective method.

Most of the time it works really well if the person using it is already overboard with how much they eat.

All you do is cut your portions of food throughout the day by one quarter for a couple weeks, record how much weight you have lost and then if you want to lose more cut another one fourth.

Pretty simple...

I want to make a important note to you that calorie restriction is important but starving yourself is not! In fact if you keep your body malnourished and hungry from the nutrients it needs, you will only loose muscle and your body will hold on to its fat until it knows your not going to starve yourself to death.

So don't ever starve yourself, make sure you are always giving your body what it needs, this way you will be feeding the muscle and helping your body lose stubborn belly fat.
