1 salmon steak or fillet
1/2 to 1/3 cup of milk or half and half
1/2 tsp basil Salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the fish in shallow baking dish and add the milk or half and half so that the fish is half immersed. Sprinkle with basil and salt. Bake for 30 minute, spooning the liquid over the salmon occasionally. The fish is done when it is mostly pale pink in the center.
Quick And Easy Salmon Patties
1 can of salmon
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup minced onion
Drain the salmon and set aside 2 tablespoons of the juice. Mix the fish, onion and egg until the mixture is sticky. Stir in the flour. Add the baking powder to the salmon juice. Stir until it is foamy and add it to the salmon mixture. Form into patties. Fry in 1 1/2 cup Crisco oil until the patties are golden brown.

1 can of salmon
1 can of tomato soup
7 strips bacon
2 to 4 cups chopped onions
7 diced potatoes Salt and Pepper
Fry the bacon. Cook the onions in the drippings until tender. Add the potatoes and cover with water. Cover and simmer until done. Add in the salmon, crumbled bacon and tomato soup. Add milk and seasonings if desired.
