Wheat and Dairy Free Diet for Weight Loss

Wheat and dairy free diet plans are often recommended to people who either want to lose weight or those who are allergic to these products. For the diet, foods that use wheat such as breads, pasta, and roti should be avoided. Although it may not be easy to follow a wheat free diet, it is still relatively easier than a gluten one. Some people with this condition can tolerate other dairy products, but not milk, because of the high lactose content. Milk allergies can produce symptoms such as rashes, hives, difficulty in breathing, diarrhea and problems in digestion.

The diet works well if complemented with daily exercise. The right combination of diet and exercise helps to keep the body in shape and improve the immune system.

A wheat and dairy free diet maybe difficult to maintain at first, because of the many restaurants around that serve your favorite foods. It takes an iron will to avoid these foods and take healthier options like fruits and vegetables instead. However, a wheat and dairy free diet may be essential if you have allergies to these foods or if you want to maintain your weight.
