Smoothies are a popular way to fix a quick and easy nutritious meal. Smoothies can be made in a blender or simply stirred into a glass of juice or into a cup of yogurt for a healthy snack or meal. Smoothies could be called 'fast food for intelligent people'. Smoothies can also be an easy nutritious meal for a weight loss diet.



At home you can keep a supply of juices, milk or soy milk, or rice milk on hand to quickly and simply make a smoothie using Herbalife soy protein and/or whey protein powder. Yogurt is also great to just stir in the smoothie mix and eat. It helps to keep a supply of juices, yogurts, and milks on hand because you then have a way to easily stay on your health or weight loss plan without grabbing tempting foods that will take you off your healthy eating plan.

If you have a refrigerator where you work, you can keep a cup full of yogurt or simply the yogurt in the container you bought it in to make a quick weight loss meal. If you buy yogurt in the popular small containers, you can quickly make a nutritious smoothie with soy or whey protein in that cup. Simply eat one bite of yogurt plain to make room in that cup to add and stir in 2 Tablespoons of soy protein or whey protein powder.

Or at room temperature or cold you can use a small 6 oz or 8 oz bottle of juice. Simply add the protein powder into the bottle, shake, and drink.

If you don't have a refrigerator at work, perhaps you have a small mini market or grocery store near your work and can take a break during your lunch time to get a cup of yogurt or bottle of juice to make your nutritious and tasty lunch.
