There are so many reasons why some people have a flat stomach and some people have a fat stomach. I'm sure that like me, you REALLY want to get a flat stomach. Just because you are fat DOES NOT mean that you eat too much, it can often mean that you are actually eating too little or just the wrong foods. There are ways you can eat smarter, get better results and get a flat stomach.

If you really want to get a flat stomach, then you just need a little bit of discipline in the kind of foods you choose to eat.

There are foods you must eat and there are foods you must avoid. The first type of food to be avoided, as it is was nuclear waste, is FRIED food. These foods contain hidden fats which can store up inside your stomach cells and tissues. Stay well away from those fried foods if you are serious about having that 6 pack abs.

Next on the list is sugary and energy drinks. Many of the drinks you take are sugary drinks, which are made from artificial sugar. This compounds can convert to fats far faster then you can imagine and your stomach becomes a nice comfortable home for these fat. So, you must avoid sugary drinks in order to get a flat stomach. Avoid carbonated drinks, "diet" drinks, "energy drinks and beer. You could take a much needed holiday with all the money you save.

You will also need to try and avoid simple or refined carbohydrates. These foods can be converted to fats very quickly by the body. Simple carbohydrates tend to be quite refined foods such as white bread, white pasta and white rice.

Brown rice, oat based cereals and whole grain foods are much better for you and tastier. They are much tastier and will provide a longer release of energy. Just avoiding the foods mentioned above can help you get a flat stomach. The changes are easy to do.
