Do Genetics Matter, Am I Too Small Genetically to Gain Muscle?

Let me tell you something - anybody, and I do mean ANYBODY can gain muscle. Sure, I'm not even going to lie, the thing genetics determine is how fast you can grow, some grow faster than others.

I know people who gain 25 pounds of lean muscle in about 6 months (steroid free) doing the things that I'm going to teach you in this manual. You do not need any type of special, risky, or dangerous drugs/supplements, all you need is a will to succeed and an attempt to start today!

What to Do to Gain Muscle Today

Trust me, I know how to gain muscle, one of the main things that people do not do when they are trying to gain muscle is to take protein (as in healthy whey protein) 30 minutes before and within 30 minutes after the workout.

When it comes to trying to be a better weight lifter, you have to make sure that you are using protein, not only does this help you build muscle, but higher protein in your diet ensure that you are losing fat - protein is key, of course you do not want to only drink and eat protein; but you do want it to be a bigger part of your dieting.

Of course I'm probably preaching to the choir and not telling you anything new. Here's something else that will give you bigger muscles. 

Some Upper Body Lifts

The key to upper body is first figuring out your lifts then following a plan, for example, I want you to max out (make sure you have a spotter) and find out the max potential.

Do this for bench press, curl, incline, bar pulldowns, etc.

Now you want to do these sets

8 reps: 40% 6 reps 50% 4 reps 60% 2 reps 70% 1 85%, for all of them and make sure that you have a spotter - as this workout can be quite tough!
