This is because fat-burning foods can speed up your fat loss, help you have less cravings and also help you to eat less. I hope you enjoyed this smoothie recipe.



Summer fruits smoothie

The mixed fruit in this "smoothie" makes it exciting and delicious. And all the ingredients are foods that burn fat - making it the perfect between meals snack. You can also pour this smoothie into a "smoothie" container and take with you to work or school.

- Serves: 2
- Number of foods for burning fat: 6 (all the ingredients )
- Calories per serving: 200
- Fat per serving: 1g

Ingredients:

- 200g frozen strawberries
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 large wedge melon
- 2 slices pineapple
- 120ml fat free mixed fruit yogurt
- 250ml fat free milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey powder
- 3 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions:

Blend everything together in a "smoothie" machine on high.
