- You need to go step wise. You should switch on to less weight first and then try increasing weight after you are comfortable with the first one. Never harass yourself, try and go peacefully.
- You can try out cycling for 3 to 5 kms. But, try out comfortably.
- Can go for treadmill exercising for 15 to 30 minutes daily or even twice a day.
- Walking good miles and jogging are basic workouts that can help any body builder a lot.
- Try out your gym exercises in a comfortable way, do not do lots and weight lifting and rest nothing.
- You should try for workouts that can help in all round muscle developments.
- You can even be infrequent in using weight. For this you can use weight two days and skip one day then again repeat.
- Try out bench pressing 50 to 100 times.
- Try for dips, some around 20 initially and then 50 to 100 slowly.
- Try for pushups.
- You can even include running 2 to 5 kms daily for a whole body development.
- Even swimming is a good body workout, which probably only a few may know. But it helps well.
