Many experts instead go for shorter, interesting and more sustainable routines that eat up energy fast and even after the routines are finished.

Lastly, putting oneself in the right mindset goes a long way in helping achieve one's goal. Keeping one's attitude positive and upbeat and taking things in stride is a big advantage. Don't let small setbacks cause frustration. Instead view these as learning sessions to adjust to the changes in one's lifestyle and surely maintaining and keeping to the new and healthier regimen will be that much easier.
