The resulting number is the number of calories that you will need to take in every day to reach that ideal weight and burn body fat. You will also want to limit the amount of fat in your diet. Go for fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Try to cut out sugar, white flour products, and saturated fat. Eat a healthy diet to burn body fat, become lean, and lose weight.

One of the most important and fastest ways to burn fat is by moving. Exercise, especially cardio, aerobics, walking at a face pace for at least 20 minutes a day 3 - 5 times a week will give you a boost for burning body fat. You don't have to go overboard with your weight loss efforts, just find something fun that works for you. Put on your favorite music, and dance around for 30 minutes, walk briskly around your neighborhood everyday, or pop on that fat burning cardio workout DVD and go for the burn.
