3. Potatoes: You will not believe this but it's true. Potatoes are mistaken to be associated with foods which increase weight but the truth is that it all depends on how it is cooked. Eating finger chips of fried potatoes will increase fat. However, if you bake or boil potatoes without using any components of fat, they are great for your diet. Also, making finger chips in the microwave helps reduce the amount of fat they contain.

4. Curds: Curd is a good source of protein, calcium and vitamins. It helps your body to function properly. But make sure that the curd is made from skimmed cow's milk. You could mix a little bit of fruit with plain curds to enjoy a delicious dessert.

5. Air popped popcorn: This is the kind of popcorn that is made without using fatty items like butter, salt and oil. Air popped popcorn can be made at home in a container with a lid, on a stove or in a microwave. If you think that you are eating too much, please understand that four cups of such popcorn contains 100 calories and only a single gram of fat.

6. Oranges: A lot of times eating fast leads to eating too much. The slower you eat, the easier it becomes for your body to be satisfied. And there is no snack that takes longer than peeling an orange and then sectioning it.
